How long does custom merch take in Lagos?
It depends on what you're making. Here is exactly how our timelines work, so you can plan your launch, event or onboarding around a real date.

Guide
Lagos
Timing
The clock starts at artwork sign-off, not at the first email.
Most delays happen before production even starts. When you send us a brief, we come back with a costed concept direction within two working days. From there we agree the artwork together, you hold and approve a physical sample, and then we produce the batch.
Every lead time in this guide counts from the moment you sign off the artwork. So the sooner the design is agreed, the sooner your kit arrives. A clear brief with your headcount, your budget and the date you need everything in hand is the quickest way to get there. Your exact lead time is confirmed with your quote.

Categories
Different items take different amounts of time to make well.
Here is how long each of our categories takes after artwork sign-off:
Desk & Office: 10 to 15 days
Events & Environment: 10 to 15 days
Tech & Everyday: 12 to 18 days
Wearables: 15 to 20 days
Carry: 15 to 20 days
Executive Gifting: 20 to 25 days
If your order mixes categories and you want everything delivered together, plan around the slowest one. An onboarding kit with hoodies and notebooks, for example, would run on the Wearables timeline.

Rush
Need it sooner? Rush production is available on selected categories.
Rush production is available on selected categories at a 15% premium, with a minimum of seven business days.
The best way to avoid paying for rush is to work backwards from your date. Take the day you need everything in hand, count back your category's lead time, leave room for artwork feedback, and send your brief before then. If you already have a date, put it in your brief and we'll tell you straight away whether it's realistic.
